SMS Program Terms

Scaling Horizons operates two separate SMS programs. Each program requires its own separate opt-in:

• Transactional SMS: appointment reminders, booking confirmations, sales call notifications, follow-ups from setters and closers regarding scheduled calls, and account or service-related updates.
• Promotional SMS: marketing offers, new training and webinar invitations, event drops, and occasional promotional messages about Scaling Horizons services.

All messages are sent by Scaling Horizons LLC.

Message frequency varies based on the program you opted into and your activity. Transactional messages are sent only as needed and are typically tied to a booking or scheduled call. Promotional messages are typically sent up to 4 times per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates from your wireless provider apply to all messages sent and received.

You can opt out of either SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After replying STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive further messages from that program unless you opt in again.

Consent to receive SMS is not required to purchase any product or service from Scaling Horizons. You can use our services, attend training, and book calls with our team without consenting to SMS. SMS opt-in is provided as an optional convenience and you can submit any of our forms without checking either SMS opt-in box.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information collected through our SMS opt-in with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information collected through SMS opt-in is used solely to operate our SMS programs and provide the messages you've opted in to receive. See our full Privacy Policy for additional details.

Our SMS programs are compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You must be 18 years or older and the account holder of the mobile number you provide, or have authorization from the account holder, to opt in to either SMS program.
